When you bring your vehicle to us, we’ll let you know what repairs we’ll perform and offer a free estimate of the cost and timeline.

Updates

As we work, we’ll call you with updates at least every three days. You can also sign up for our proprietary vehicle repair tracking system, which sends email or text notifications as the following stages are completed: bodywork, paint work, reassembly, and detailing.

We complete repairs as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. During the initial repairs assessment, we’ll offer our best-guess timeline for completing the repairs based on the extent and nature of the damage.

Please keep in mind that our “promised date,” “guaranteed delivery date,” or “on-time delivery date” may shift as we work. We will let you know if dates change.

Expect the highest quality repairs from our shop and a written guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with our work, we’ll make it right, free of charge.

We’ll call you once your vehicle has passed a thorough quality-control check and is ready for pickup. Also, we’ll explain the payment process.

When you arrive, we’ll go over the completed repairs and address any questions or concerns you may have. You’ll also receive a final invoice and a written lifetime warranty.
