JHCC EXTERNAL PRIVACY POLICY

At JHCC we value your privacy and are committed to protecting and processing your personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy describes how JHCC collects, uses, and shares your information. It also applies to all JHCC facilities and affiliates. Each individual JHCC facility is responsible for the use of personal data (as described below) it collects from you.

We may provide additional data privacy information by using a supplementary notice.

Personal Information We Collect and Use

JHCC does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or repair services. These may include (a) identity data (e.g., your title, job, company name, etc.); (b) contact data (e.g., your email, phone numbers, address); (c) financial data (e.g., your credit card or other payment information in connection with repair services or product purchases); (d) insurance (e.g., automobile liability policy information); (e) marketing and communications data (e.g., your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your channels of communication preferences); and (f) other information you choose to provide.

JHCC will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you regarding repair services and/or products you have requested from us. JHCC may also gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

JHCC may collect and use the above personal data about you for the following purposes:

To perform services under a contract;
To inform you of other products or services available from JHCC
To provide support and assistance to you regarding JHCC products or services;
To manage JHCC’s daily business activities, such as executing payments;
To manage any queries, feedback, complaints or claims relating to the JHCC products or services;
In compliance with local law, for direct marketing, advertising and public relations purposes;
To help JHCC conduct its business more effectively and efficiently or check and improve the quality of its products or services;
Where necessary, to comply with laws and regulations, under judicial authorization, or to exercise or defend the legal rights of JHCC;

JHCC will only use your personal data for the purposes for which it was collected unless, in accordance with local law, we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose for which it is collected.

JHCC takes care to allow access to personal data by persons requiring such access to perform their tasks and duties, and to third parties who have a legitimate purpose for accessing it. JHCC reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, and/or by placing a prominent notice on our website, and/or by updating any privacy information.
