We offer a nontransferable lifetime warranty on all structural repair and metalwork. Below, see the types of warranties available for specific repairs.
Base coat or clear coat refinishes: Lifetime warranty against product failure
Single-stage refinishes: One-year warranty against paint failure
Subcontracted paint work: No warranty available
Our paint manufacturers provide their own warranties against paint failure, which do not cover failures from underlying rust, normal wear and tear, rock chips, or pre-existing paint problems.
Used parts installation: 90-day limited warranty, excluding suspension, air conditioning, electrical assembly, and/or all other mechanical parts. For all excluded parts, Joe Hudson’s Collision Center will adhere to the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
After-market sheet metal: No warranty
For any warranty to be valid, the invoice must be paid in full and the relevant work must have been done by Joe Hudson’s Collision Center, or approved in writing by an officer of Joe Hudson’s Collision Center. Claims must be accompanied by the invoice and written warranty. To keep any warranty in effect, customers must take proper care of refinished surfaces and must perform proper maintenance. These warranties are honored by Joe Hudson’s Collision Center only.
